General Manager

St. Thomas Restaurant Group is currently seeking a strong, experienced Restaurant General Manager! 

We are looking for the right candidate to uphold our company standards and philosophy, while leading by example. In addition, the qualities that will make this person successful in this role are: attention to detail with a "get things done" attitude; highly focused and organized; ability to handle multiple priorities and stay focused in stressful situations; strong knowledge of fine dining steps of service; wine knowledge; ability to hire, coach, and train FOH employees; experience with budget and sales reporting; and comfortable using QuickBooks, Aloha, and Microsoft Office products.

This is a full-time permanent, year-round, salaried position, requiring 50 hours per week, offering health insurance and a $300 monthly meal card. Must have a flexible schedule and availability to work weekends, holidays, and closing shifts. Previous success in similar role in a fine dining establishment highly desired.

Barista - The Beach Buzz

The Beach Buzz Coffee and Yogurt Shop at Sapphire Beach is seeking a Barista to join the team!

Responsibilities include:

--Making coffee beverages, smoothies, and shakes
--Making frozen yogurt flavors and prepping toppings
--Preparing breakfast sandwiches using a griddle
--Maintaining and replenishing store inventory
--Provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers
--Maintain cleanliness according to STRG standards

This is a daytime position with approximate hours 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Previous barista, cashier, and customer service experience is a plus! Must be reliable, organized, and professional. Valid health card required.

Beach Server - Sunset Grille

Sunset Grille at Secret Harbour Beach Resort is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced beach server! Our ideal candidate should be available to work day shifts including weekends and holidays, and be comfortable working in the sun, just steps away from our gorgeous waters.

Good understanding of the hospitality industry and steps of service are required. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.

Host/Hostess - Sunset Grille

Sunset Grille is seeking to fill the position of Host/Hostess. The duties of this position include managing reservations, controlling the flow of the floor, and ensuring guests are properly seated and served. Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays is required.

The ideal candidate would have fine dining experience, an outgoing, friendly personality and superior organization and customer service skills.

Evening Line Cook - Sunset Grille

Sunset Grille is seeking an Evening Line Cook with grill experience.

Requirements for our ideal candidates are:
•Two years experience cooking in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant
•Advanced technical skills (knife techniques and styles, meat temps, meat/fish fabrication skills, time management, and sanitary practices)
•Punctuality
•Understanding and valuing teamwork

Chef de Cuisine - Sunset Grille

Sunset Grille is currently accepting resumes for the position of Chef de Cuisine. The Chef de Cuisine has direct oversight of all food produced and served to our guests. Focusing on the implementation and execution of established recipes, the Chef de Cuisine is directly responsible for the quality and consistency of every food item served within the venue and management of the kitchen staff. Qualified candidates will have 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or 2 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine. The right candidate is someone who takes the words "punctuality", "teamwork" and "leading by example" seriously. Must be able to work all stations and be computer literate.

This is a year-round, full-time salaried position, offering health insurance and a $300 monthly meal card, and requiring 50 hours/week. We are looking for the right candidate to uphold our company standards and philosophy, while leading by example. Strong knowledge of fine dining steps of service and wine knowledge highly preferred.

The perfect candidate will have at least two years of prior FOH experience, prior management experience is highly desired.
